This policy explains how "Performance Review Poker" (the "App") handles information about the people who use it.
Information saved in your browser
The App saves the following information only in your browser (localStorage). It is never sent to the operator's servers.
- Your first result in Today's Review (date, raise and title; satei-daily)
- Your best raise in Practice (satei-best)
- Whether sound effects are on or off (satei-sound)
- The language you chose on the language page or from the language notice (lang), used to open that language the next time you visit the top page
- That you closed the notice about other languages (lang-suggest-closed)
A review in progress is not saved. You can delete this information by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.
Sharing your result
When you tap "Post on X", the App opens X (formerly Twitter) with a post containing your raise, your title and the symbols for your moves. "Copy result" copies the same text to your clipboard. The text is sent to X only when you post it; the operator never receives it.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to the App or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to the App and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.

Analytics
To understand how the App is used and improve it, the App uses Google Analytics, an analytics tool provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data. This data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.
You can refuse this collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For details on how Google handles data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Cookie consent
For visitors from countries where prior consent is required, such as Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, we show a cookie consent notice at the bottom of the screen and do not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies until you agree. Until then, basic measurements that do not use cookies (such as the fact that a page was opened) are still sent to Google, and only non-personalized ads are shown. For visitors from the EU, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the site is shown with cookies turned off.
Your choice is saved in a cookie shared by all nacn.app sites (nacn_consent, kept for about 13 months). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
Notice for U.S. residents
The operator does not sell personal information. As described above, Google may use cookies to show personalized ads; you can turn this off using the opt-out options in the Advertising section.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and the operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA).
Disclaimer
The App is a work of fiction, and every company and person in it is made up. The amounts in the game are made-up numbers and have nothing to do with any real company's HR policies, salaries or reviews. It does not encourage any particular behavior in real performance reviews or at work. The App's content may change or end without notice. The operator is not responsible for any damages arising from use of the App.
